The team from Southbound Cafe presents their Festival Dish featuring ingredients from local suppliers and producers, including locally caught seafood, hand crafted cheeses, fresh vegetables, olive oils and fresh baked breads.
Highlighting the region's finest produce, the dish is a vibrant medley of flavours and textures, crafted collaboratively to perfection by Southbound's talented Chef, Erica and Owner Luisa.
The hero dish not only showcases the Peninsula's diverse agricultural offerings but also embodies the essence of local cuisine and can be perfectly paired with a local beer from Goodieson Brewery or any of the local McLaren Vale wines on the Southbound menu.
