The Foodbuilder: Cooking Experience

Vegetarian class:

In this 4-hour class, you will make a special soup, vegetable strudel, vegetable hamburger, home-made cannelloni filled with vegetables plus sorbets and a dessert. In a small group atmosphere, you will receive individual tuition. Included are a light lunch and a glass of wine or two. You will take away a recipe booklet and memories of a fun and educational class.

Fine dining (festive dishes) class:

Get ready for festive eating! This 4-hour class includes preparing and imbibing a selection of starters, gourmet meat with side dishes and a variety of scrumptious desserts. And this comes with matching wine, a takeaway recipe booklet and a lot of fun!

Bread-making:

In this 4-hour class, you will learn how to make different types of bread using various methods with diverse ingredients. In a small group, you will receive individual, specialised tuition. Included are a light lunch and a glass of wine or two. You will take home a selection of bread, a sourdough starter, a recipe booklet and memories of a fun yet educational class.
